His ability to learn new skills and adapt to different situations mean he has fast become an invaluable member of the Melvin Elgie team. Shakeel has a very direct way of approaching his work and prides himself on providing a thorough and efficient level of customer service. | Yorkshire born Stephanie has lived in Bradford for over 20 years and has an extensive knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas, knowledge which is invaluable to the company. Stephanie has worked in a range of different jobs along the way acquiring numerous transferable skills which allow her adapt to the different situations which occur working in the property sector. She has a strong sense of direction and purpose which allows her to remain focused in challenging situations. Stephanie is a strong leader and is very effective at getting the most out of her team, she instils the same work ethic in her team as she expects from herself. |

Saiqa |
Saiqa is a strong team leader who likes to get her point across. She is direct, considerate and able to see others point of view. Saiqa is very approachable and will always do her best to help in any way possible. She is very precise and likes to achieve a high standard of service and accuracy at all times.
Saiqa believes strongly in communication and is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi making her a key member of the team who can deal effectively with enquires from the Asian community in addition to our English-speaking clients and customers. |

Waheed is a conscientious and approachable person, keen and with a sense of accuracy. As a 2006, 2007 and 2008 London Marathon runner, Waheed also has a drive to raise money for good causes at the same time as improving himself.
A keen sportsman and athlete, Waheed applies the same degree of motivation and discipline to his working life, meaning he can always be counted on to help out at a moment’s notice. |
