Here comes the exciting part!
Following the hive of activity surrounding your property over the last few days, we have a number of interested buyers. Where do we go from here?
The first thing we will need to do is take the offers, and it is a little more complicated than simply writing down the price that they have offered.
As professionals, we need to collate all of the information regarding the offers, in particular the financial and selling position of the individuals (do they have their own property to sell? is it sold?) and provide you with a concise list of all the offers we have received. Naturally, we confirm every single offer in writing, unless you prefer to only receive offers greater than a certain amount, and this will be done by e-mail and by post following our telephone call.
If you do have a number of offers to choose from, you will also now have all of the information in front of you, and can make an informed decision as to which offer you would prefer to accept.
There may be additional negotiations that need to take place, and you can rest assured that although we are always polite and helpful to all of our buyers, we are working in YOUR best interests, and will always be in touch with information and guidance where possible.
