Here is where it is important that we get the balance right. OK - so you want to see you property in the paper, but the last thing you want is for it to be there every week! Think about this - if you were to see a house in the newspaper every week for six or eight weeks, what impression would that give you about it? Is it a popular property? Is the price right? Will anyone, ever, buy this house? We need to be very careful that we get the balance correct - after all 6 - 8 weeks is not a particularly long time to have a property up for sale - so we don't want to blight your home as an unsalable property.
